At this time we do not offer any refunds on products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Specifically the merchandise must be unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with an/all VeteranFashionista tags and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. not reported, we will not issue a replacement item. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

- If your return had been received in house, it will be inspected to determine if an exchange is applicable and approved. Please allow 5-7 days for this process.

"To place a "special order" for a size that's not offered on the website, such as XXL or above, please add an additional $3. Customer is also responsible for their own shipping and handling cost which is determined when each order is placed.
