I’ve always loved the Converse brand! Who didn’t have a pair of “Chuck Taylor’s” growing up as a kid? Remember when the pro basketball players wore Converse……did I just reveal my age? At any rate, I rocked red, black and white converse back in the day. But much to my pleasure Converse is set to launch the next evolution of the Chuck II.
At a recent press event, Converse announced that this spring they will debut an updated version of their iconic Chuck Taylor All Star franchise, calling it the “Chuck II Reflective Print”.
“When creating the latest version of our successful Chuck II sneaker, we were inspired by our consumers and being able to further enhance their creative and active lifestyles,” said Ryan Case, product director at Converse, in a statement.
It never ceases to amaze me now all the variations of fashion that have embraced the camouflage print, logo, mojo, vibe, emoji or whatever they are calling it, but it’s still what I wore when I was in the military. Check out some of the new Converse hitting stores soon, I can’t wait to pick up a pair:
